The CIRC spoke to 174 interviewees. Some of those interviews were less than half a day, some lasted three days or more over extended time periods and in different locations. each interview was conducted on a confidential basis. A couple of key points

  • No rider came forward to voluntarily admit an ADRV.
  • Only sanctioned riders volunteered to provide the CIRC with information with the purpose of obtaining a reduced sanction

    Whole thing has been little more than ” smoke & Mirrors , if there is any truth in the reports of ” Redacting to avoid Litigious issues ?

    When UCI find another $2M , they could offer ” Amnesty ” to those wanting to unload their conscience ! Saw Dave Millar spitting the dummy on Sky News , pity he had to get caught before he cleaned up his image ?

    Meanwhile Voeckler got a bit of publicity in the Paris-Nice , with being allowed to YoYo the time gap ?
